All members will be registered using a unique email address. The email address is the primary identifier for the authorization account. See Manage Members - Care Team

LynxIt and Heatlthtrax share the Authorization Server and a member will have one account in the auth server that identifies the organization(s) and organization applications for that person. Upon registration the organization and audience (application) are passed to the auth account as well as other auth account information, such as active directory username, member email account, badge ID. See Lynxit/HX Audience Support/Impact.

Use your member email address and password

E-mail address login is available anywhere.

Steps

  1. Select the e-mail address input.
  2. Enter your e-mail address.
  3. Select the password input.
  4. Enter your password.

Reset your password

Password reset email includes:

  • The IWT Health applications for which you already have access.
  • The IWT Health application you've requested the reset password.


Steps

  1. On the registration screen, select "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address, 'Request Reset Password"
  3. You will see a message Password reset successful. Please check your email.

    Hello Heather,

    You have requested to reset your password in Healthtrax. If you did not request this, please disregard this email.

    Please click the following link to reset your password:

    We appreciate having you as a member!

  4. Click on "Reset Your Password"
  5. Enter and confirm your new password.

Use your Active Directory username and password

E-mail login is not available.

Reset password must be done in the host active directory system.

Steps

  1. Select the Active Directory username input.
  2. Enter your Active Directory username.
  3. Select the password input.
  4. Enter your password. 

Use your badge

Steps - First Time you Log in

  1. From the login screen select 'Login with Badge'
  2. "Please scan your badge" prompt - scan or enter your badge ID, click on the Log In button
  3. Click on the "Associate Account" button, the badge ID will default from the previous screen, click on the Associate Account button
  4. Enter your email address, Enter your password, Click on Login and Associate Badge
  5. Presto

Alternatively

  1. Login to Healthtrax using your email address and password, or your AD login and password.
  2. Select your User Profile located on the top right of the screen. Open the menu by clicking on your name or the drop down indicator.
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. Under "Actions" select "Set up Badge"
  5. Enter the new badge ID, click on Associate Badge
  6. Click on "Save Profile"

Steps - After badge associated to your account

  1. Swipe your badge or enter your badge ID

Reset your badge

Steps: 

  1. Login to Healthtrax
  2. Select your User Profile located on the top right of the screen. Open the menu by clicking on your name or the drop down indicator.
  3. Select "Profile"
  4. Under "Actions" select "Set up Badge"
  5. Deactivate the current badge, click on "Deactivate Badge" (this step may be skipped if  the badge was already deactivated by the Organization Administrator)
  6. Enter the new badge ID, click on Associate Badge
  7. Click on "Save Profile"
